Eighty-year-old home located in historic Ohio City

The owners, a young couple moving back to the city, gutted the property while also added additional living space. We worked with the clients and the general contractor to completely air seal the home and then installed closed cell spray foam insulation and dense packed cellulose throughout.

RESULTS This home achieved the Community Green Rating certification and a 15-year tax abatement from the City of Cleveland. Twenty first century green efficiency in a beautiful, historic home!
